Late Game Uniques (Experience and Crafting)

Firstly:
Sash of Experience (Base Item Sash)
Equivalent Level for Legendary Potential: 100
Drop Rate: Uncommon
Implicit: 3 Potion Slots
Enemies Do Not Drop Anything
+500% Experience Gained until you are level 60
No Level Requirement

I frankly love creating new characters to try out new builds. This item would heavily allow that, but the downside is you essentially need to have the items you need to level up, and you cannot use it to farm anything.

Blank Slate (Armor)
Equivalent Level for Legendary Potential: 100
Drop Rate: Rare

Implicit: None
Has Infinity Forging Potential
Can apply every any Affix and Suffix
Cannot use Rune of Creation on it
**Semi suggested by Encharrion: Max spawnable with 2 LP

Has no stats, but you can craft it (pretty expensive though) into anything you want.
Would mostly be useful for enabling builds until you can farm the equipment (due to the lack of stats) and some niche uses in Late Game builds.

Crafting is fun, and this would create a crafting experience where you can do the fantasy of “creating the perfect item”, and/or change it to what you need.
Obviously Sealed Affix and such would end up being locked on it, but otherwise a flexible item that allows hours of fun trying to get that “perfect” item.

Blank Slate actually looks kinda fun, give up item implicits for the perfect rare. Would have to be disallowed from rolling LP though, that would be completely and utterly busted.

It also couldnt work within the current mechanics of crafting as uniques cant be crafted on (ignoring legendaries).

Unless it always spawned with 4lp and no other stats.

I think the idea is that uniques can’t be crafted on because they have no forging potential. This one would have infinite forging potential instead. 4 LP wouldn’t work, that would just be downgrading an exalted item to worse base.

What makes uniques uncràftàble is they have ño forging potential m

The only change they would have to màke is the forging potential reduction formula alwàyß return 0 on forge costs… If it is that item

Would be up to the devs, one or two LP as a max might be okay though, but 4 definitely could be broken. At that point implicits can be completely irrelevant.

Remember when you seal an affix (max t4 but can expensively retry with rune of removal if it doesn’t succeed) or place an exalted , you still either succeeded or failed (especially with exalteds).
So two LP is fine to me. Still mostly random

Well if anyone is going to read this.

Perhaps my suggestion of “Blank Slate” should include a penalty for Endurance frankly, to offset its potential power.
