Last wish from sigil of hope doesnt proc unless the skill in on the bar

Sigils of hope’s Last Wish doesnt proc unless i have the skill on the skill bar

Been searching and couldnt find anything that mentions that the skills needs to be on the bar and the wording mentions nothing regarding it. Its kinda proc smite with hammer throw and you dont need to have smite on the skill bar to proc it.

thank you for posting this. i thought i was going crazy cuz some other skills specifically say they have to be on your bar to proc
