Hey, i have the same problem, started a new char and can’t progress there.
i walked out of zone and back in how i got past.
Sorry about this! If anyone encounters this can you please provide a log file? Uploading the log file immediately after the problem happens would be the most helpful, but if you’ve restarted the game since there might still be useful information if you go back to that spot.

This just happened. My log is too big and won’t upload (8332KB). I made a copy of it so we don’t lose the info. Do you need the entire log? Can I just paste a portion of the log? Let me know.
