Somehow when hovering over a skill slot with the “Judgement”, it consumes stacks of “Sigils of hope”.

What do you mean “cell”? There is a node in the Judgement skill tree that will consume your Sigils for a buff.
What time/timezone did this happen? Could you upload your log file.

I meant skill slot.
I am well aware that “Sigils of hope” stacks are absorbed by the direct cast of “Judgement”.
But should stacks be absorbed if I hover over a skill slot?
No, they shouldn’t.
