Last Epoch Patch 1.4.4 Notes

It’s kinda telling how you only answer to the ones thanking for fixed bugs, but not the ones that are sad that some bugs are ignored since the season started… not even a word that you are looking into it.

We’re always looking into bugs and have a known issues list in Discord we try to maintain updated as best as possible. We aren’t ignoring anyone and I’m sharing all information I see from players to the team.

I’ve let the team know about the Golem not attacking/idling so it’s being looked into.

Seems there is something going on and I’ve passed the information and bug reports to the team.

Does void lava burst still have attunement scaling or has that been updated to vitality as well?

Warpath problem persists for me, even when I have 3 stacks of Void Essence. It’s not every time my mana goes negative, but maybe 1 in 3. I have tested keeping a close eye on on the stacks and mana pool. When it happens, there seems to be a delay (at least visually) of the mana restoring from Void Well. When it doesn’t happen, the mana pool instantly shoots up to 30% my max.

Abyssal Echos: Yes

Still working on increasing mana pool but it seems like I should have enough currently to sustain as long as I have the stacks of Void Essence required. Even moved points into Essence of the End to ensure my Void Essence stacks stay topped off.


UPDATE (IT’S WORKING): I increased my mana pool to 1108 and no longer experience this issue. I think I was just on the cusp of the 4 second cooldown of Void Well and running out of mana which is why it was sporadic. Thanks team for this fix.

Well at least the post I was linking above never got a mention and I don’t know if we are talking about the same known issues in Discord but if we are there aren’t even any known issues listed since this season. The “newest” is from Juli 2025.

I’m normally pretty patient, but Rogue got a pretty huge update this season with news skills and such and it’s riddled with bugs that make lots of it unplayable with certain builds… in a game where build diversity is probably one of the highest of all ARPGs this is just frustrating.

All I want is Dancing Strikes to work like it did before Season 4 so I can play it on a controller again. Currently you cannot NOT move with it and you also can’t change directions between strikes like you can with KB/M … also you get stuck a lot, sometimes unrecoverable so you need to quit the game.

Nothing on the Bug on elemental bees not counting as bees? if they hate it so much minions on mage they should just remove that mod from the game

What’s wrong with marksman? I mean considering how broken bladedancer is this league, comparing falconer and marksman to it is going to make it look bad but in a vacuum both of the other rogue subclasses are still perfected viable.

Flow abusing umbral falconer fixed, what a great day for this game! Can’t be happier, now please take a moment to fix Call of the Firstborn not proccing on Threshold of Eternity drops, farming this stupid cutscene on aberroth is incredibly annoying after a few runs.

Soreth’Ka: Fixed an issue where the feet of chicken’s in the scene were clipping into the ground.

Finally! EHG got their priorities straight.

was really excited to try out pyro golem this season, but between his random standing around, and him needing to recast fire aura for some reason in between his attacks it was unplayable. Hopefully when they fix him standing around they will just make fire aura an actual aura as it doesnt need to be cast to consume minions anymore and really cant be used as a main still if its only up 50% of the time.

I think a lot of posts were about the bug damage, including your last post:

“omen window and its monsters are big problem. some of them undamagable, some of them hitting 10 k dmg. also tons of ground effect makes us miserable. small area stronger monsters is not good idea. make them easier.”

Yea there are other bugs, but not fixing everything doesn’t mean not listening. It just means they are releasing fixes as they are ready instead of hoarding them for later.

Sorry you’re frustrated, hope the other issues affecting you get fixed soon.

quite right about this.

one of the biggest pain points that came up post-season 4 was the unwanted nerfs to the imprint system as now last epoch feels more like a chore keeping me from enjoying the game than actually having fun since I cannot farm specific items as effectively, even at 300-500 corruption or less.

& considering that items like the red ring of atlaria as an example, have absurdly low drop chances that just seem to get lower as new items coming into last epoch, completely dilutes the entire loot pool in it’s entirety, preventing rarer items from even having a chance at dropping regardless of independent weighting
one would think they would improve the drop chance of extremely rare items since each unique having legendary potential has a specific LP level coded within that determines whether a unique has the best, or worst, chance of getting up to 4 LP because of “Balance” reasons, & counting how items like event horizon have a small chance of getting 2 lp & no chance of getting 3-4LP kind of defeats the purpose of even having the LP chance mechanic, on top of extremely rare chances of the item dropping to begin with.

Not really, no. The change to the imprint system has likely had no impact to the great majority of the playerbase; only the most hardcore players were likely to be affected, and that’s a good thing - a free item xerox machine was far from being balanced.

Of course the affected players are going to complain, but they are thinking about what is better for themselves, not for the game as a whole.

But hey, if you say you are done, ok. See you next season.

I’ve raised the Dancing Strikes behavior with the team to investigate. There are many in-game bug reports that I found related to it so clearly is an issue. Hopefully it should be addressed soon.

Uh…what? Imprint change is terrible for us casuals. Double exalt items are super rare drops, triple worse. I’ve seen a triple and maybe 5 doubles and not all are even the right item type or have low forging potential, etc. This is up to corruption 800. I slapped the gloves in the imprints and then tried to forge, got unlucky with FP dropping to 0 and no imprints ever dropped for 10+ days of playing.

I’m sure people who can play 4+ hours a day are fine with it, but the rest of us get a chance to have a long play period on our off day and we literally get nothing for the hours put in. That makes us not want to play. Imprints at least let us get some guaranteed drops to work with. Not anymore.
