We just released hotfix 1.3.5.1 (updated the OP of this thread to reflect it) which reverted the change that caused that stuttering. That issue should now be resolved when folks upgrade to the latest client from steam.

Pls fix the screen resolution bug
Please check to make sure that your video card software is not controlling the resolution.

There is no game profile created and anything in the AMD Catalyst gaming options is unchecked but the anisotropic filter.
At game start and leaving to character screen Last Epoch switch automatically to the desktop resolution (3840x1200), although it should stay at 1920x1080 as set in the LE game menu.
This behavior started exactly with patch 1.3.2
No hardware, nor software changes beside W11 updates
