Now all I want is to be able to add the shield MTX to Shield Throw even when I don’t have a shield equipped.
It fix mostly what complainers complained about. Nice
Favor gain buff when?
Great changes!
Triple beam by Gaspar fix is best
was not expecting a patch this large on a random Thurday
Love to see it, but it looks like lots of the “nerfs” to DoT were pretty simple Integer adjustments to bring down the DPS. Hopefully the team can expedite the process involved in making these changes, as the DoT damage was apparent Day 1 but not changed until the cycle lost 80% of its concurrent players
Did NOT expect all of this, wow thank you all at EHG! Hype in this cycle almost entirely restored the corruption grind in every timeline on every alt had me a bit worried.
wow nice patch on dead aconomic for 10k online ) Hope nexe league will be better…
Came here to tell you specifically that you have killed any desire for me to pursue playing this patch with the experience gain nerf on emperor of corpses. After gutting experience gains across the board and making everything extermely drawn out, the one viable strategy for getting a reputation farm going is killed mid-season, ensuring that semi-casual COF players get the same treatment as the MG players after the gold bug destroyed the economy. What happened to the “no nerfs during season unless gamebreaking” vote put out?
nice.
AWSOME! updating now. great work again!
I think divergent gameplay is different then skill balance when it comes to bugs.
Having people tune into your game, and a streamer is doing “exp runs on the boss for favor” everyone is gonna go “wow this game is a meme” or you know “hey I need favor how can I get more” “oh just go do this weird abuse thing to get favor, yeah its boring and stupid looking and totally unnatural, but it gives u da favor bby”
thats way different then “this build is overperforming by 30% and its not because of a bug, its fine”
Amazing, really love the change to death screen!
Well actually most complaints are corruption not being shared across account. And then performance and bug issues. And all of those still remain
don’t bite the hand that feeds you man. They gave us dessert, take it, enjoy it
Where is shared corruption?
A lot of those enemy changes were listed in the original 1.1 notes. Does that mean they weren’t actually applied at that time, they’re unintentionally duplicated here, or there were additional similar changes applied on top?
Finally another very important step into the right direction. Cant wait to test it.
This is the core problem. Especially for MG. Favor prices should be reduced by 80%.
I have a 100 level, 90 level, and 2 other alts and I’m out of favor.
- I have to log in to farm favor instead of just playing the game. It really kills all excitement about finding great items and creating new builds or Alts.
If time wasting mechanics like Favor and Temporal Sanctum (with all it’s bugs) aren’t removed. (just let us Unlock a Legendary Forge) I likely won’t even bother checking out next cycle. Why? Because I’m exhuasted and don’t want to do pointless time-sink mechanics for 100’s of hours every cycle just because they exist. They aren’t fun and it reminds me of Activision Blizzard tactics.
With that said there are a lot of HUGE positive changes in this patch. I’d like Wengari and Spire maps to be outright removed since it’s not a fun map mechanic. Wengari spires will kill a perfect Min/Max Sentinel instantly in low corruption so I think their damage was supposed to be nerfed by 210% not 21%.
Hopefully big patches continue to happen with fixes and can bring people back to the game that have already left due to bugs and other issues. This cycle had a lot of hype and it’s been rough and draining instead.
I’d like to think this doesn’t come off the wrong way. I applaud positive fixes but we still got a lot of CORE big issues to solve ahead otherwise it’s just not worthing trying the New content in the next cycle.
WOW! Love these changes so far! The DOTs were definitely causing some issues and it seems like they have been fixed! Kudos to you EHG, always one step ahead of how players are feeling.
