I’m sure someone else has brought this up, but these things all seem to point to one of the top heads behind this project being a big Chrono Trigger fan. I definitely approve of this!
So far the game isn’t blowing me away, but I’m still hopeful.

I like this game a lot for other reasons, but I love the constant Chrono Trigger references.
I just noticed yesterday that one of the nodes in the Mage’s elemental nova skill is called “Luminaire”. Unfortunately, it’s a channeled spell that doesn’t really look like it would support a Crono like spellsword play style.
Judd had never been shy about professing his love for chrono trigger. Mike too
