Last Epoch Can't Pick Up Boss Loots

I killed the boss and I saw the beam indicating the loot dropped on the ground but I just couldn’t pick up the loot I worked so hard to get.

Please fix this as soon as possible. It makes the time I spend playing this game a joke.
