True. That’s why i stopped playing. LE is way too frustrating. Wanna change factions? think again ****face, you’ll have to stop wearing half the gear you have and loose all your points. Wanna do some chill content? Think again, Boss will one shot you if you’re not playing those Ward generation builds. Want to farm a specific piece of gear? Be ready for dozens of hours of farming and 0 luck of getting it (still waiting for T7 Death seal affix since ever). Want to craft a Legendary? Well bad luck, the dungeon and boss are near impossible for a casual and the outcome is way too volatile. LE is a game that in long term is suitable only for people that play 6-12 + hours per day, everyday.
Well whatever, Devs can’t please everyone. Wish them all the luck, there’s more fish in the Ocean. Ciao.

According to many, its easy mode if you just switch over to MG. Many uniques are up for free, many LP 1 and 2 items are basically so cheap, i’d also say free, then you have LP 3 and 4 that costs an arm and a leg but if you are looking for 3 LP for the less meta or chasing an item in mind that no one uses, it’s cheap as heck too… Good luck!!!

There is some truth to this. I just hit rank 6 with MG last night and bought an LP 2 Dragonsflame Edict with 80% rolls for 300k, not too shabby. For me the gear grind consists of MG farming as I have assumed the drop rates are so crap I don’t even bother. I’m at about 90-100 hours so far, have 5 tabs of uniques, and not one of them is being worn by my character. Literally have found nothing useful lol. Probably just bad luck, but it’s disheartening all the same.

However, you can still “target farm” as they call it. I was doing the timeline with gloves and got a string of echos dropping them as a reward. So I got around 5 unique gloves just from farming my stability to be able to get the increased mana blessing. I’ve just been going through upgrading my blessings and slowly improving that way.

That can definitely be very disheartening and frustrating for games like this but the most important part is you can reach endgame baseline in a timely matter which this game allows. Way too easy for the average. EHG has set a baseline of corrupt 300 as end game but to each, their own.

This is a huge part of the reason why trading feature works. Drop rates are set to make it rare and hard, at the point where its unobtainable unless you are lucky and/or just no life game. Most games have some sort of assurance where it will drop sooner than later, believe it or not, just not how we expect it to be.

Trading is part of the gam. Whether or not it’s someone’s cup of tea is a different thing. The best part is this game adds an addition option to help if you choose not to so it was more on the generous side but what players are asking for is selfish and affects more personally then overall for community.

Easier way to get items through means of such like drop rate increase is more of a individual want than overall. However, new ways to help with that such as another drop to improve chances or drop rate such as a random modifier on echos, will work better for the game as a whole.

Again, the baseline for end game ideally in EHG’s pov is 300 and I would say majority has defeated that for weeks now and minimum effort so that just means the drop rates are fine.

I can’t comment on anything pre 1.0 as I don’t play games as a rule until they’re fully released, but it’s my understanding CoF and MG weren’t even in the game until release. I wonder if that wasn’t just a better option. Regardless of what side you come down on, I don’t think it’s healthy for the game if you gate items based on your faction. MG can’t trade MG items to CoF and vice versa. I already can’t trade normally found items with friends reliably, now I can’t even trade with myself? That’s .

Without the factions would be an better option if they were trying to go the single self exploration co-op route. Bringing it into a mmo with thousands of players, needs an economy to be efficient or else why even manage such a large player base? It only brings instability and more complex problems… Then you also need to find ways to market and make money which i’m sure in time, will open up with ways to help assist progression and more cosmetics… At the current state, there is no other option but Idk how willing people would pay for assist in terms of progressions when a game lacks content

respect our time? for sure not! for example, Arena key of memory allow you to restart Arena from half last wave you did, e.g. did 260 → start next from 130… this means 45 minutes to get to 260 to push again. key of memoryshal allow player tostart from last wave -50.
Another example, saw a viseo where a guy explain with proofs that loot at corruption 1000 is the same as corroption 100…where ofcourse you need more time to farm monoliths 1000 than 100.
honestly I am concerned about the future of the game, cause end-game seems to be very limited by devs strange decissions.

Very limited for sure but 1000 corrupt is not the same as 100 corrupt… You need to factor in the clear speed.

If you are 1 shot killing everything at 1000 corrupt vs 100 corrupt, you are most definitely have better loot.

For small indie company, they did a great job on this game, credit is due when deserves… As for the future of the game, we can only hope they learn from this season and make huge improvements for the next and onwards…

I’m sure we all see that which is why we are all here… This game has lots of potential, no one is here to just waste time and bad mouth it.

that is for sure, the game is very good, just I do not understand some decisions like Arena key men9ry starting you far back, only 50 entries in ingame leaderboards, no leaderboards for non-season… the end-game will define the future of the game, and now these decissions looks terrible wrong.

I think the leaderboards is the least of the problems and will actually bring more complaints than they already have.

They literally would and should need to create a separate leaderboard for SSF so many players can go competitively fight for a spot there because you will have unfair P2w talks everywhere and those will actually make a valid argument.

Imo, rankings is such a bad reason to keep playing a game

I’ll answer the last part of your post. The devs say this is their 1.0 release, but honestly it feels very much like it is still in a beta state and they needed another surge of cash from their “Official release” I’d say take what you learned from the game in this time and just come back after a few patches to see if anything has improved. So much stuff is incorrect / bugged.

Don’t stress yourself out over a half baked mess.

Yeah. It’s not like PoE locks ascendancies in a dungeon. Or D3 locks gem leveling in a dungeon. Or D4 locks glyph leveling in a dungeon.

They actually do and i made a thread about this also. I am not the first to say this and i wont be the last. We got no proof even now if the rng is fixed or not. Without datamining the game we wont know- even then stats may be server side.

But back to the OP question. The way the game works is very confusing, a lot of it is bugged, and not fun. When you get this combo its leads to being frustrated, and being frustrated leads to these kind of questions.

The entire system needs a rework, as its was poorly designed and normies can feel it.
