As was posted by others in forum and discord, Lagonian Diplomacy is broken, and doesn’t scale animation with cast speed as intended, or with attack speed as might be expected as a bug. Strangely neither affect the animation which was casting 14 times per 10 seconds across no mods, 41% cast speed, and 15% attack speed.

Did some testing on this as well and it isn’t scaling. Would love to get this fixed
