As in topic. I’m playing a Necro character with bone curse, rip blood, dread shade, transplant and skellie mages (basically Aprenntice’s build). Lagon didn’t do anything in his bossfight.
Yeah, there was another report about Lagon breaking when you use Drain Life.
Could you post some screenshots of your build (passives, skills, etc) to somewhere like Imgur.com & link them here?
gear are rares with GB, CA, Int and dodge, spelldamage per skellie mage on chest and flat spelldamge per skelliemage idols.
One Idol has chance to fear. That’s probably it.

I had this happen to me today, it’s definitely the fear that’s doing it. I’m using Wandering Spirits with Terrifying Presence and Lagon just stood still the entire fight. I noticed it actually happened to the Idol of Loathing as well while I was leveling this character.
