I am currently playing offline mode and trying to progress through monliths. I am in the level 75 zone (Ending the Storm) The second quest (Island Battlefield) doesn’t give me a quest or a counter as to how many shells need to be collected. I went through and collected them all anyways and spoke with the person at the end of it the quest but i didnt get completion for it. So now i can’t progress that monolith.
