Noticed up to 2 things up to now, albite their may even be more scuffed things.

  1. Static charges do not discharge on Lagon, I noticed this already way before this patch. My build was not using Static, but generating the charges elsewhere and discharging with Surge, dealt literally 0 damage.

  2. Werebear can proc Maelstrom on hit with Swipe, 32% chance when fully specced into it, I always have a few Maelstrom stacks in general in combat through this, but on Lagon it did not proc a single time.

I have a static build and can conform it does not seem to be able to hit.
Lightning blast also have a problem with hitting on some animation even through meteor are able to hit without any problem in the same animation
