Ladder Updating Bug

I have been playing this game for a while now attempting to climb the Hardcore ladders solo and normal but it is frustrating to see my character not going up in the leaderboards after a certain point. I assumed this was a bug with my character at first and so when I leveled another character on the HC Solo leaderboard aswell I was shocked to find out this was a consistent bug that has got me locked in the 91st spot on the HC Solo ladder now aswell

I can upload graphics settings and specs but can’t imagine that has any effect on this bug. Thank you for the help.

Just to add I have tried restarting my game and switching characters and all that obviously but still does not update

Yes, there’s known issues with the ladder.

Arena Waves not registering on Ladder for any of my characters

We’re aiming to include fixes for this in 0.7.8, sorry about that. In the meantime, there is a workaround that should work. If you open the ladder in-game (by pressing the L key by default) before doing your run, it should be recorded properly. You’ll need to do this each time you log in.
