Known/Ongoing fixes

Login or Character Load Issues

  • If you are able to successfully login after experiencing this issue, please submit an In Game Bug Report from the Character Select screen using the button in the lower left corner, or while in game using F8 on Keyboard, for Controllers press and hold Start. Please include the Error Code you saw during the issue, in your report.

  • Potential Workarounds

    • On the Login Screen, select Play Offline to access the Character Select screen. Once here, you can select Play Online in the top left corner.
    • Restarting the game or fully closing Steam from the system tray and relaunching it may help. Verifying your game files through Steam has also helped some players.
    • If your Character was in the Bazaar or Observatory at the time of the disconnect, try loading another Character first. If that character loads successfully, you can return to the Character Select Menu and try load the Character you wish to play.
    • Pick another Server on the Login screen and try load in. If that works you can swap back to your preferred Server from the Settings Menu in game.

Our team is investigating these issues, so please continue to submit In Game Bug Reports with your player data attached. If you saw an Error Code, such as LE-65, please mention this in the bug report too.

“Does not fit in Inventory” message when trying to pick up item with required Inventory space free

  • The team is still investigating the cause of this issue so please continue to submit In Game Bug Reports if you encounter this bug with the phrase ‘InventoryNotFull’.
  • A current workaround is to drop an item you have on the floor, this will allow you to pick up the item you have dropped and the item you were being prevented from picking up.

Items appearing as Arena Keys then disappearing when picked up. After relogging in, the item appears in the players inventory correctly and can be equipped.

  • The team is still investigating the cause of this issue so please continue to submit In Game Bug Reports if you encounter this bug with the phrase ‘ArenaKeyItem’.

Chat Window and Friends List missing

A fix is being worked on for several chat and friend list issues, though please continue to submit In Game Bug Reports when you encounter any issues.

  • Please try reloading the game fully.
  • Party invites still work by entering the players name manually on the Social Window (H).
  • Please be aware that both players must add each other to show up on both lists!

General

  • Graphic Settings not staying as assigned.
    • This issue is very intermittent so please submit In Game Bug Reports when you encounter it as the data attached to your reports helps a lot!
    • This can be down to a faulty le_graphicsmanager.ini file. Please delete this file following the guide here - The Graphics .ini File, when you reload Last Epoch this file will be automatically regenerated.
