I have 4 points invested into Efficacy (Enchant Weapon) which make it cost zero mana and 1 point in Kindling Blade (Enchant Weapon) which recast when the cooldown is off. When it goes into negative mana while the cooldown is off it doesn’t automatically recast but when I manually cast it when on negative mana is works.
