When trying to assign a controller keybind to the B button it exists out of the menu instead of assigning that function to the B button on the controller.
This might be because B button is the default back button for the controller setup.
This also causes the keybind menu to be frozen and greyed out, meaning you can’t press any buttons, this only goes away by going back to the main menu/ character selection.
The controller I was using was a PS4 controller connect to bluetooth to my PC
I’ve also experienced this same issue while using an Xbox One controller. Assigning the “B” button to any of the key bindings immediately exits out of the Key Bindings UI. Re-entering the UI is possible, but the menu is locked/greyed out.
No further changes can be made to any of the key bindings, and the only way out of the menu is with the “Back/B” Button on the controller. Not even the ESC key on a keyboard will get you out, nor will attempting to click on the “X” in the top-right corner.
Leaving the Game, or Exiting to Desktop is the only way to resolve the lockout.
