Keeper's Vault Softlock

I was playing a newly created Acolyte on the quest “The Keeper’s Vault,” I hadn’t been talking to any NPCs at this point, simply walking past them and skipping their dialogue, as well as skipping the fight after first talking to the grand keeper carrying the shard of Epoch (I can’t remember his name sorry.) After leaving the vault and entering the Northern Road a cutscene of the grand keeper being kidnapped by the drake began. While the cutscene was playing I was running against the invisible wall while waiting for the cutscene to finish. After the invisible wall disappeared, the quest prompted me to talk to the keeper guard standing by the portal (waygate? I cant remember the name of them either.)

I ignored this NPC and teleported to the keeper’s camp. I didn’t notice yet, but the quest hadn’t updated, still prompting me to talk to the keeper guard. After teleporting to the camp I tried to walk to the highlands, only to be blocked by another NPC. I tried to talk to the female grand keeper (again sorry) to advance the quest, this didn’t work. At this point I noticed the quest was still prompting me to talk to the keeper guard on the Northern Road, I teleported there and tried to talk with this guard. Nothing happened, no dialogue window showed up and the quest didn’t update. I then tried to re-initiate the cutscene by walking back across the bridge, but the invisible wall was back up. At this point I closed the game.

Thank you.

Just ran into this in a new offline character. Can’t complete the “speak with the Keeper Guard” objective, because when I click on them nothing happens. They make the ‘dialog has started’ sound, but no chat appears.

This is my 1st char, any way to get unstuck?

Same issue here - same setup for the issue as well: walked across first bridge, town portal popped up, clicked it, went back through portal from the camp, invisible wall is up on second bridge.

Just exiting the game and relaunching let me redo that quest step - took 5 minutes to get back to that point and fix the soft-lock.
