I could be wrong but I’m pretty sure I did not get any helm or belt drops till level 9. Dropped a pair of unique boots before those pieces. I understand the desire to make drops more meaningful and not shower the player with junk, however I would almost rather have that back than not enough loot all through the campaign and into regular monoliths.
