Wow excellent work Tunk.
You are even showing how the devs sneakily nerfed our passive points by 4 points without telling us beforehand 
2 points, surely? If the cap used to be 116, you don’t get a skill point for lvl 1 (99 points from levels) therefore you used to get 17 from quests & you now get 15.
we used to get 98 from levelling 2-100 (so 98 there) then 19 from passive (journey + side quests)
Now my L90 char only has 103 points to spend (meaning 113 in total). When i chekced tunklabs it only showed 15 passive points avail = 15 + 98 = 113 in total. So 4 points lower.

Yeah Tunk is very fast. Yeah we lost 3-4 points. Hence why people are wondering why they don’t get passives back from respec (They have extra from 0.7.9)
