Julra's Stardial doesn't recognize "Sky Passage" for Summon Storm Crows as a Travel skill

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Attach Julra’s Stardial.
  2. Add “Sky Passage” skill point to Summon Storm Crows.
  3. Ensure Character info is open and you select the “Damage” tab.
  4. Use Crowstorm.
  5. Notice that the Increased Spell Power doesn’t increase when using Crowstorm.
