It was hard to notice when i played in group but when i played solo i noticed that my consecrated ground stopped healing me and nothing in my passive points specify that, I have assumption that Prophesized immolation or Warriors Tithe are causing that issue
Update: Neither of those were problem. Apparently Punish node (Increased Crit dmg) were the issue
