I’m currently doing the campaign and in the mission Journey to Maj’elka, I have “Speak with Yulia” checked off, but not the second part, and I don’t have any waypoints unlocked in Soreth’ka, or the connected areas. This is likely due to me stopping at an odd point in the campaign progress.
Edit: I found the boat I needed to get on in the north end of Thetima. Still could use a waypoint.
