Javelin Skill “Keen Outlook” currently does absolutely nothing… see attached video. I deal the same amount of damage before and after investing 4 points into Keen Outlook, and the tooltip dps does not change as well.
Edit: I just tested Javelin again by only removing Siege Barrage and Spiked Bombardment. By not having these, Keen outlook works again. I tested this by attacking the training dummy from a close distance and from a long distance, and the damage increases pretty dramatically when I attack from far away as expected.
There is no indication however that Keen Outlook would stop working when taking Siege Barrage.
