Spoke to the Seer in The Risen Lake. Initially, the quest is triggered and mobs begin to spawn and attack. I died. I never respawned. The game just continued as if I never died. Logged out and then back in. Went back to the Seer and now the quest no longer triggers. She still goes through the dialogue but the mobs never spawn at the end of the conversation. This breaks the main quest line.
