Previously, when removing an item (helmet for example) that granted +x to a Skill, it would correctly remove the last point(s) you allocated. In .083c that functionality seems broken.
It doesn’t remove the last points added, they have an algorithm that works out which points to remove to avoid the chance of people using this functionality to get a “free” respec by just equipping/removing the piece of gear.
