I’m fairly certain I was on a full stash tab when I used shift + right click to move an item from my inventory to my stash, but I expected the item to appear in the next available stash tab.
I’ve experienced this issue twice now. I thought perhaps it dropped on the ground the first time and was lost when I switched characters, but I’m sure that didn’t occur the second time.
What items were they? Gear, affix shards, arena keys?
I haven’t encountered this error, but we’ll look into it. Could you please post your log file if anything similar happens again?
Or, if you haven’t restarted the game / only restarted once since, just post both log files now.
A unique belt the first time, and a unique shield this last time.
The loss of the shield should be within one of these, probably the newest one.

This also happened to me as i was shift clicking trinkets from the trinket stash to regular stash.
