Is their supposed to be a lot of items that don’t match the thumbnail when you equip it to your character. Feels bad when you get a piece of armor that looks really cool and then when you equip it, it looks nothing like the picture. Same thing with some unique weapons as well.

This is something EHG is actively working on.
They still have a lot of updated 3D Art for uniques in the pipeline that didn’t quite make it for 0.9.
So I would expect some more rolling out in the next few patches.
The plan is and always was to give every unique and set item unique 3D art latest at 1.0.
Especially uniques that are available for multiple classes it requires a tremendous amount of work, because they need to fit 5 different models.
