Items appearing in character selection screen

Teleported to player in Black Sun boss fight. Terrain didn’t load. Killed boss. Couldn’t leave map, couldn’t leave party. Selected leave game in the menu to return to the character selection. This pops up. Hammer and bag of coins on the screen.
