Item text is missing, jumbled, or not displaying correctly

Hello. I have encountered an error three times in regards to an item’s text missing, displaying jumbled together, or not displaying correctly while on the ground. All three occurrences happened after completing a monolith and clicking the rewards chest. I can hover over the item text on the ground and see what the item is. If I pick up the item and drop it on the ground the text is fixed. I included images below of one of the occurrences. Has anyone else encountered this issue? Thank you for any feedback!

Known issue with the emphasise option in the loot filter.
