Item out of bound

Map Area: Canyon Stronghold

I kill the mob off screen using explosive ballista and when the item dropped it went out of bound.

I too have encountered this map as a zone where good items just get lost forever with no way to reach them.

I wasn’t there when the item dropped but when I went back to loot, I saw that I couldn’t reach it.

It seems to be a “well known” spot in the community, where items drop in the recycle bin.

In this case I’m very lucky by dropping Ravenous Void, unlucky though that I can’t loot them.

Does Last Epoch Support restore such items for the player?
