Have had this happen to me a couple of times, where the name of the item is off screen and I can’t loot it.
When this happens in PoE you can press your hide/show loot key bind and names will snap back into place but there is no such key bind here yet
I found this topic looking for a solution myself and thought I’d leave this here for anyone else who has this issue.
You can turn your loot filter off and the items will snap back on screen. Not by pressing X, but choosing no loot filter in the Shift-F menu.
I was cleaning up my stash and put a couple of full tabs on the ground.
