Item filter bug hiding all items

I tried to make my loot filter to hide trash. When i was trying to check my item filter i dropped my items on the ground. They all disappeared after that… I tried to turning on/off item filter, pressing x, turning item filter to default etc. nothing happened and i couldn’t recover my items from ground.

this happened to me yesterday too. it would be time to fix this too… im lost my item…
