After finishing a monolith, some remaining mobs (In this case I think it’s the zombie minions) started spewing out items, at first I just thought it was a huge loot drop until I realized it never stopped, so I would assume this is a glitch, and I have no idea what triggered it.
This kept on going until I had about 1 FPS. Cheers!
