Item dropped but doesn't appear even with the filter disabled

Simply no items appear, regardless of whether the filter is active or not

The same issue ,even prohibiting filters is ineffective.Once it happens, you must either go back to character selection or re-enter the game to resolve it.My friend refunded because of this
