I found an item and saved it in my stash as I wanted to gift it to a friend.
When he came online, we joined party and I went to gift it to him, and got an error message stating that I must be in the same zone.
I then teleported to my friend (the item was still in my gift stash at this point). When I entered his zone, I checked my gift stash and the item was missing.
It is no where to be seen. Not in my stash, not in my inventory and my friend did not receive it.
