When I use the Monolith Portal to leave the map to go back to the end of time I either load inside the floor or I load into incomplete loaded area (not sure what t call it)
This issues have happened around 40% of the time.

happened 5 more times today. Endgame is pretty much unplayable right now for me. As every time this happens it resets your monolith making it impossible to get any keys.
