Couple things I’ve noticed that don’t seem to be working properly unless I’m seeing it wrong.
Smoke Bomb - When speccing into smoke bomb’s increased AOE nodes, it shows that mobs outside of the persistent smoke cloud are having the affects but not in the cloud. The cloud stays the same size no matter how much I’ve specced into the AOE
Shift - When speccing into swift recovery, I don’t see myself gaining any mana on using shift.
Issue (somewhat) seconded: At 4/4 Swift Recovery, 6 of 20 test attempts immediately refunded the 16 mana cost when used. There appears to be no pattern to the times where mana was refunded-- 00010001001110000100. All testing was performed in a hostile area, with no hostiles present, and full HP.
