What went wrong?
The Alters are no interactable and the quest is asking me to return the item to the west alter.
I am playing offline also (due to servers etc)
Picture showing the quest log and the alters. All i did when arriving in the boat was go around and complet two quests (collecting eggs and killing the thunder element enemies). I then went to the moonlight shrine and could not do anything.
Even a quest ibjective is duplicated and completed (interacting with east alter) that i have not done. Dont tell me i got to start all over again from the begining
Exactly the same has happened to me. Done the two side quests and now stuck. Shows two east alter quests done and, asking for west altar fragment to be returned. nothing interactable in the Moonlit Shrine. Cant progress till its fixed.
Same thing has happened to me and I am also in offline mode so I can’t use any party tricks to get the waypoint. For me, I closed the game before getting the waypoint and since you load at the end of time, I was no longer in the proper zone to get the waypoint.
EDIT: As Sinstro583 suggested on Locked out of Isle of Storms, talking to the NPC allowed me to teleport to the isle.
