Is weapon speed a factor in this game?eg in WoW generally it was 2.4 MH 1.3 OH is it the same or similiar in this game?
Yes… You can see the attack speed change based on weapon speed (assuming no other factors involved - can be tested with white items).
Although as far as I recall, there is no difference between MH & OH… someone will correct me but I am sure the game takes the average speed between the two dual wield weapons for the calcs…
All items are stat sticks. For weapons you average the implicts attack speed and sum everything else.
