I don’t know if this is intentional or a bug, but have found it a couple of times. It has a very rare drop rate, see it maybe once every 20 maps or so.
Confirmed I saw my first one last night as well. Accidentally walked over it when I was trying to take a screenshot. Possibly the same map or a very similar tileset too.
It is difficult to take a screen shot of it, as its a health potion, and instinct is to pick the bloody thing up ha ha.
