As title says? Twisted heart only works for spell builds.
Umbral Blades has a ward on hit on recall (every 3rd to 4th throw) node (Soul Thief) for up to 20 ward per hit, you can have up to 6 blades being recalled normally or 10-12 if you take Twilight Assault & Duskhunter which would give you up to 240 ward on the 4th throw against a single target.
Shadow Rend can give you ward on use with the Gathered Shadows node, Synch Strike can give ward on use per shadow with the Shadow Infusion node, Aerial Assault has a ward on use node, there’s a marksman node that gives ward on elemental arrow use, Vessel of Strife converts hp regen to ward regen & there are a few other items that get ward on skill use or hit.
