My characters are being deleted on offline mode. I lost a level 56 Shaman and a Level 45 Sorc. Any help is much appreciated. This is becoming a bug that probably will prevent me from playing.
you could take a look at https://store.steampowered.com/account/remotestorage to see if there are some older versions of the saves in cloud storage.
