I think Llama meant this is merely a proc skill, meaning it’s not something that procs an actual skill. The skill itself is just a proc from equipment.
The only thing I could think of is a node in Smelter’s Wrath that can make you throw axes when using this skill and another one that makes these axes damage scale further with Dex.
But I checked, and it’s worded differently… It says “Axe Volley deals more damage”, so I suppose the axes are not the same as the ones from Axe Throw skill, so it shouldn’t work.
But maybe it does, because the Axe Throw shows as “related ability” in the Axe Volley page. Needs testing to be sure
Sorry, I should have clarified, what you are referring to is skills (that can go on your skill bar) being proc’d, throwing axes isn’t one of those. It’s like the water balls from Uceni’s relic.
