New to the game, new to the loot filters - can’t find an option to filter by circle of fortune rank anywhere. Looking for one so I can select where to use the Runes of Ascendance.
Is it possible? Have I just missed something obvious (very likely).

I have no idea. I haven’t heard anything about it, but devs haven’t released planned features for the future either.
bump because i think we need that to farm specific items for unique upgrades
agreed - would be nice to filter for the 45% rune of ascension refund purposes as well
