I can’t progress in this quest, it asks me to Return the fragment to the east altar of the moonlit shrine, but I can’t interact with the altar. I also don’t “have” any fragments to return, at least in the stash, but I also can’t pick it up from the Coral Pools because there’s nothing to interact with since it shows I already found it.
I have been like this the whole afternoon, I literally leveled up from 45 to 52 while trying over and over to solve the problem and running around the adjacent areas.
