Is Blademaster Passive bugged for Sentinel?

Hi,

When putting points into the Blademaster Passive with Sentinel it doesn’t change the melee attack speed on the character sheet, nor does the estimated DPS go up on my skills. I’ve equipped a 2H sword. Is this a known bug?
