I see an unique item on the minimap and the unique beam. But I can’t see the item itself and can’t pick it up. Loot filter is temporarily disabled (see screenshot).
EDIT: I saw no items on the ground at all. A restart of the game fixed it. But I’ll leave that bug report here just in case it might be useful.

Did you prehaps hit the Z key… This is the keybind to hide item drops… (potions still show if I recall correctly).
I didn’t knew that feature exist. I think I just hit the key by accident. I removed that keybind.
