So im not sure if this bug occurs when the monolith spawns the Rampant Coast Echo itself or if it only happens when you place the echo; however, I encountered an invisible rift beast in the Rampant Coast Woven Echo. I will provide a log file, and I also have video. I don’t record or stream, so I had to use Windows Capture on the fly, which meant finding a safe spot to quickly hit the record button in game mode.
